According to many airlines as long as your carry on fits underneath the seat or in a closed overhead bin it is considered a personal item. Many airlines allow a carry on that measures up to 22 x 14 x 9 inches so as long as your backpack fit those dimensions, the answer is yes and our backpacks meet those requirement!
